Afternoon Tea Room 

As well as hosting our own Stacey Centre Tea Room ​from the Lounge on the second Wednesday of every month, we also offer the exclusive hire of the lounge plus all of the afternoon tea crockery, cutlery, teapots and cake stands (and tables and chairs of course!) as a special hire package, with a choice of catered or non catered options.

Non-Catered Option:

  • 3 hours of private hire of the Lounge, (our Tea Room venue). Available Monday to Sunday from 9am - 11pm.

  • To include hire of all Afternoon Tea Room crockery, cutlery, teapots, cake stands, tea urn/kettle and tables and chairs

  • Maximum capacity: 40 persons

Afternoon Tea Room (Non-catered option) Hire Fee: £ 85.00

Catered Option:

  • 3 hours of private hire of the Lounge, (our Tea Room venue). Available Monday to Sunday from 9am - 11pm.

  • To include hire of all Afternoon Tea Room crockery, cutlery, teapots, cake stands, tea urn/kettle and tables and chairs

  • Maximum capacity: 40 persons

  • Catered Luxury Afternoon Tea Menu*

  • Note: Waiting staff not included

Afternoon Tea Room (Catered Option) Hire Fee for maximum of 15 persons : £ 190.00

Each additional person @ £ 7.50 each (to a maximum capacity of 40 persons)

Maximum capacity of 40 persons: £370

*Luxury Afternoon Tea Menu includes:

  • Selection of fresh sandwiches (smoked salmon & cream cheese, egg mayonnaise, tuna & cucumber, cheese & pickle)

  • Cocktail quiche

  • Fruited & plain scones, served with clotted cream & strawberry conserve

  • Selection of cream cakes, petits fours and traditional afternoon tea cakes

  • Coffee & tea 

Optional Extras [Pre-book only]:

  • Add a glass of Prosecco': @ £3.50 per person

 

  • After Event Cleaning Fee: £45.00

    • A popular option for event organisers who prefer not to allocate time from their booking period for clearing and cleaning the room and for washing and drying up afterwards.

  • Hire of 1 x Waiting Staff for maximum of 3 hours: £45

    • [Only available when booking the 'Catered Option'] 

    • Waiting Staff will assist with serving afternoon tea, including refreshments and clearing tables only.

 

  • Hire of 1 x Waiting Staff for maximum of 3 hours plus pre-booked After Event Cleaning Fee: £80.00

Additional booking terms and conditions will apply to both catered and non-catered hire options.
