Portsmouth Healthy Walks

When:     Wednesday

Where:    The Stacey Centre Lounge

Time:      10am - 12noon

Portsmouth Healthy Walks have 19 walks led by trained volunteer walk leaders. These walks are a mixture of city and greener walks and are a great way to improve fitness as well as make new friends. Many walks are wheelchair and buggy friendly.

Our Portsmouth Walkers have a choice of two different walks from the Stacey Centre:

  • Baffins Pond: a slower and shorter walk of 1.58 miles with a duration of approximately 50 minutes and

  • Milton Foreshore: a brisker and longer walk of 2.77 miles with a duration of approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes.

New walkers should arrive ten minutes before the start of a walk to complete a simple registration form and please wear suitable footwear, comfortable clothing and bring along a drink.

All walks are FREE and  everyone is welcome. At the end of the walks there is an opportunity to have tea/coffee - just bring along some cash for a cuppa.
