Main Hall

  • A spacious, bright and airy venue room, with use of adjoining kitchen.

  • Located on the ground floor with easy access for personnel with limited mobility or wheelchair users, the room measures approximately 13m x 11m. 

  • Available for regular group hire, commercial hire and private function hire from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 11pm.

  • Maximum Capacity Standing: 120

  • Maximum Capacity Seated: 80

Private Function Hire Rates:

£ 20.00 per hour


£ 25.00 per hour Saturday evenings available from 6 pm - 11pm

plus £40 caretaker lock up fee.

Group Hire Rate:

£ 17.00 per hour.

Saturday Evening Party Hire:

6 p.m. -11.00 p.m. 

£ 160.00 (inclusive of caretaker lock up fee)

Kids Bouncy Castle Party Special :

3 hours Main Hall Hire INCLUSIVE of Bouncy Castle hire. 


Saturday or Sunday afternoon:

1.30pm-4.30pm or 2pm-5pm

As the Bouncy Castle is approximately 12ft x 12ft and takes up a large area of floor space, maximum numbers are reduced as follows:

  • Max 80 people standing (inclusive of children & accompanying parents)

  • Max 50 children seated + 5 parents

  • Max 40 children seated + 20 parents

  • Max 30 children seated + 35 parents

If you are planning on a high number of children and accompanying parents, please consider booking the adjacent Lounge room which can offer greater flexibility on attendee numbers as well as being a separate space to serve party food from or for parents to use.


Projector Screen Hire:

Cost: £7 per hour

After Event Cleaning:

If you prefer not to have to worry about cleaning the room after your function, we also offer an 'After Event Cleaning' optional extra. This option is popular with private function hirers or party organisers who prefer not to have to allocate time within their hire booking to clean the venue room after their event. This fee applies to 1 x hire room only.

Cost: £ 30.00

Terms & Conditions of Hire:

  • All above rates are for non-catered, venue room only hire, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

  • All hirers MUST book enough time to allow for set-up, pack away and cleaning the room after their hire. We do not provide courtesy set up or pack away time.

  • All hirers MUST return the room to the condition it was in at the start of hire. This includes re-stacking any chairs and tables used, sweeping and, if necessary, mopping the venue room floor, washing and wiping up of any equipment used from the adajcent kitchen and removing all of their rubbish from the premises at the end of hire.

  • Extra hours may be booked with any 'Special' or package hire sessions, at standard hire rate and are subject to availability.

  •  A non-refundable Booking Deposit of £25 is required to secure the date of your booking. The balance is due within 14 days of the hire.

  • A Room Security Deposit of £50 is required to book all venue rooms and spaces. By prior agreement with the Centre Manager only, if alcohol is to be consumed on the premises a £100 Room Security Deposit will be required. The Room Security Deposit is refunded within 48 hours of hire, provided all Hire Booking Terms & Conditions have been met.

  • Hire is available by the hour or increments of 30 minutes after the first hire hour.
